Average Home Price for Milton and Greater Toronto Area increase by 8.5 Percent in Aprl, 2012
The statistics for month of April 2012 clearly indicate the real estate makret continued to grow Milton and the Greater Toronto Area as the realtors reported 10,350 transactions through the Toronto MLS system. Compare to last April, the sales level was up by 18 percent.
The single detached home segment showed the strongest sales growth as the inventory of this type of real estate did not meet the demand from the buyers. The monthly mortgage payments also remained very affordable for the buyers in Milton and the Greater Toronto Area. In Milton freehold townhomes was the second highest category of real estate that sold last month.
