Mississauga Real Estate Home Prices for March 2012
In March 2012 the Greater Toronto Realtors reported 9,690 sales. This represent an increase almost by 8% comapred to March of 2011. There was definitely no shortage of buyers as the interest rates were more than affordable. The inventory of listings remained tight during the month of March. The average selling prices for the Greater Toronto Area was $504,117 and that's an increase of approximately 10.5% comapred to March of last year.
